Tim Unger
Partner/President
Mr. Unger has over 20 years of HIT experience. He founded and led UCR Solutions, an HIT consulting and solutions company. Prior to its acquisition by First Consulting Group, UCR was ranked as Nashville’s fastest growing company and organically grew to serve nearly 1,000 hospitals. Previously, Mr. Unger held senior IT management positions at Columbia Healthcare Corporation and Hospital Corporation of America.
Kenny Hilpp
Partner/Southeast Division President
Mr. Hilpp has over 15 years of HIT experience and co-founded UCR Solutions. 
At UCR and First Consulting Group, Mr. Hilpp was responsible for the consulting business’s sales and management, which grew to be the largest U.S. MEDITECH-based consulting practice. Prior to UCR, Mr. Hilpp held management positions in Hospital Corporation of America (HCA). Mr. Hilpp is responsible for all clients located within the Southeast portion of the United States, as well as recruiting resources for the company. Mr. Hilpp also held management positions for HCA and has extensive experience with HIT systems.
Jeff Costantine
Vice President – Delivery
Mr. Costantine has over 30 years of experience in the HIT market. Prior to working with Vision, he was a Vice President at Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), and CEO of the Nashville Technology Council. Mr. Costantine comes to Vision with vast strategic, operational, and financial experience in HIT.
Mike Kirby
Vice President – Western Division
Mike Kirby brings over 15 years of health care experience encompassing sales, management, and information technology consulting. Most recently, Kirby was Business Consulting Director for Dell Services, where he was responsible for sales, delivery and overall Client satisfaction for the Western region within the United States. Prior to joining Dell Services, Kirby held Sales, Senior Management and consultant roles for Beacon Partners and an industry leading Health Care Information Systems (HCIS) vendor.
Mitch Buse
Vice President – Central Division
Mitch Buse brings over 20 years of experience in the health care arena. Most recently, he was the US National Director – Business Development, Health care, for Oracle Corporation. Prior to Oracle Corporation, Buse was the National Director of Sales for First Consulting Group, where he managed sales and delivery of Information Technology (IT) consulting services in the “For Profit” space, as well as helped build the Southeast Division sales region totaling approximately $25 million in revenue in 2005. In addition, he was Regional Sales Director at McKesson/HBOC for 3 years, winning multiple sales awards and was an executive with two startup health care companies prior to that.
